Jossalin’s Dance Session

Fall 2024

Joss is an amazing young dancer; so amazing in fact, she was chosen as an ambassador for a dance competition by her studio and needed some portraits to submit for the event. I was SO happy to capture this passion project for her! My daughter has been friends with this amazing girl for years now, and it’s been a treat seeing her dedication & growth in dancing; she’s captivating to watch. She came to the session prepared with several outfits, so we started the session in downtown Grass Valley, then went to an open meadow for golden hour, and finally, wrapped up the session at her local studio. This girl has immense talent… such a fun session to be a part of!
